(1) Fill out the Sycamore online registration form

February 9, 2026: Acceptance letters sent (acceptance is conditional upon completing registration by February 19, 2026).

By February 19, 2026:

• Confirm whether you will be enrolling for the coming year.

• Complete the registration process.

• Submit a scholarship application, if you plan to apply.

February 23, 2026:

• Full-tuition contracts will be sent to any family who confirmed full tuition or did not submit a FACTS application.

• New parents may begin scheduling an in-person scholarship meeting (15 minutes).

March 12, 2026: Last day to hold scholarship meetings (after this date, a full-tuition contract will be sent).

March 19, 2026: All tuition contracts must be signed by this date.
